115學年度第1學期博士班資格考「專長口試」作業，請意者留意相關時程與規定。

一、 報名資訊與對象

• 報名期間：115年9月11日（五）起至 115年9月25日（五）止
• 建議對象：建議已修畢基礎科目或博四以上之同學報名。
• 報名方式：請於報名截止日前，填妥「專長科目口試報名表」，並附上歷年成績單及學術倫理課程修課證明，繳交至系辦公室（承辦人：葉文子小姐）。

二、 報名後須準備及提出之相關表單

1. 專長科目口試委員申請表（請務必於口試前兩週提出申請）
2. 專長科目口試評分表
3. 專長口試考試委員聘函

三、 重要事項與提醒

• 口試完成期限：請於 115年12月4日（五）前 完成口試。
• 口試費與交通費：校外委員之口試費及交通費領取方式，請洽系辦公室詢問。

Registration for the Doctoral Qualifying Exam: Specialization Oral Exam for the 1st semester of the 2026 academic year. Please review the following schedule and instructions carefully.

1. Registration Information & Eligibility

• Registration Period: Friday, September 11, 2026 – Friday, September 25, 2026
• Recommended Candidates: Students who have completed foundational courses or are in their 4th year of doctoral studies (or beyond).
• How to Register: Before the deadline, submit the completed Registration Form for Oral Examination on Specialized Subjects, along with your official transcripts and Proof of Academic Ethics Course Completion, to the Department Office (Attn: Ms. Wen-tze Yeh).

2. Forms Required After Registration

1. Doctoral Qualifying Examination Committee Application Form: Must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your oral exam.
2. Doctoral Qualifying Examination Evaluation Sheet
3. Doctoral Qualifying Examination Committee Member Appointment Letter

3. Important Notes

• Exam Deadline: The oral exam must be completed by Friday, December 4, 2026.
• Honorarium & Travel Expenses: For inquiries regarding oral exam fees and transportation reimbursement for off-campus committee members, please contact the Department Office.
