Construction Notice: Second High-Voltage Substation Power Supply System Upgrade and Voltage Conversion Project (Main Campus)
一、施工時間 Construction Schedule
施工時段主要為假日及日間；如遇特殊工序需於課間施工，敬請見諒。
Construction will primarily take place during weekends and daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding if certain procedures must be carried out during class hours.
二、受影響區域（含施工周邊） Affected Areas (Including Surroundings)
北校區總變電站 MOF2、反應器組（原子爐）、同位素館、加速器館、 高能光電實驗室、工科新館（醫環系全館）、南校區實驗室廢水處理場、 誠義清齋變電站、清齋、新齋、義齋、鴻齋、學齋、儒齋、禮齋、 誠齋、華齋、水木餐廳、風雲樓、碩齋、仁實齋、信齋、蒙民偉樓 （活動中心）、田徑場、梅園、體育館、游泳池、排球場、物理館、 桌球館、劉炯朗館、校友體育館、工程三館、北校區實驗室廢水處理廠、 材料科技館、材料實驗館、棒球場、籃球場、合金實驗館、室內網球場、 室外網球場、台達館。

三、工程事由 Purpose of Work
為優化校園供電效能及提升電力系統穩定性，營繕組辦理「校本部第二高壓站供電系統更新及改壓工程」。 因涉及地底管路整理及高壓設備更新，施工期間將有大型工程車進出與機具運作。
To optimize campus power supply efficiency and improve the stability of the electrical system, the Construction and Maintenance Division is undertaking the Second High-Voltage Substation Power Supply System Upgrade and Voltage Conversion Project on the Main Campus. The work involves underground conduit maintenance and high-voltage equipment replacement. Heavy construction vehicles and machinery will be operating throughout the project.
四、重要注意事項 Important Safety and Impact Reminders
1. 噪音警示 Noise and Vibration Alert
施工期間因涉及路面切割、人孔蓋啟閉、地底管線清淤敲擊、電纜線架吊架施作、 線槽架施作、管路洗孔、設備搬運吊運及工程車抽拉電纜等作業， 將產生不可避免之機械噪音與振動。工程期間造成之聲響與不便，敬請見諒。
Activities such as pavement cutting, manhole access, underground conduit cleaning, cable tray and hanger installation, conduit drilling and cleaning, equipment handling and hoisting, and cable pulling will generate unavoidable mechanical noise and vibration. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
2. 通行安全 Traffic and Pedestrian Safety
施工區域將設置警示設施或圍籬，路邊人孔蓋周邊可能會有工程車停靠。 行經施工路段請減速慢行，並配合現場工作人員引導。
Warning signs and barriers will be installed around construction zones. Construction vehicles may be parked near roadside manholes. Please slow down when passing work areas and follow the instructions of on-site personnel.
3. 環境維護 Environmental Protection
施工期間若產生揚塵或廢棄物，本組將監督廠商即時清理，儘量降低對校園環境之影響。
The Division will supervise contractors to ensure that dust and construction debris are cleaned up promptly, minimizing the impact on the campus environment.
