Please be informed of the following message regarding the University System of Taiwan (UST) Outbound Exchange Program.

Students who wish to apply are requested to submit the required documents to the BMES office by Novermber 23 (Monday). Thank you!

1. 申請表(請直接繕打在PDF檔案中後，再列印出來)

2. 研修學習計劃書格式(紙本)

3. 電子檔案命名方式：116(1)申請者中文名字_NTHU
